Failed to initialize DiirectX, You need install the latest Version : Cannot Load Plugin drawdeviceD3Dz.dll Member “Motion” does not exist installing DX June 2010 and web installer does not fix this on my device (win11 Pro 23H2) Changing Locale to Japan does not fix too

after troubleshoot and debugging, found out that if you esp on x64 and win11, sometimes windows will force you to install x64 and newest X64 direct X go to https://www.dll-files.com/d3dx9_43.dll.html and download 9.29.952.3111 ARCH 32 (top one) Replace or put it on C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ and done
